Adding a Bank Account

Hello,

So I am new to selling here on Ebay, and I have recently made my first sale which is super exciting. However, my earnings are on hold until I add a bank account, which I have no problem with, but every time I type in my bank info to add it, it comes back with "sorry we ran into a problem, try again later." I have to ship my item by saturday, but I don't really want to ship anything until my bank account is successfully added and accepted so that I can get paid. Any ideas?

The OP is located in the US. 

US sellers do not use Payoneer as a payment processor.  They use Adyen.

I was able to finally link my checking account, although it remains to be seen if it will work for payouts.  I found this in another post about the same topic.  I went in to the ebay sitemap (https://pages.ebay.com/sitemap.html) and then go to "choose automatic payment method".  I was able to link my checking account here and it now shows up in payments, so presumably I will be able to get payouts to it.  It is a good thing because I don't think customer service was getting anywhere.  The other option I did not try, but someone said worked for them was changing their account to a business account.  Hope one of these works for you.
