I'm getting tired of account reviews. Four reviews within a month. Pretty much every time I'm initiating withdrawal to my back account review pops up and I have to wait sometimes several days to send money to my bank.
I get the weird feeling that this is done on purpose in order for eBay to keep the money little longer and earn additional interest.

I can assure you it is not a conspiracy against you. I certainly don't blame you for being concerned, as this is highly unusual. And I can see why you think they are out to get you, but there really is something else going on. We just need to discover what that is.
Have you contacted Ebay directly? What have they told you? If you did contact Ebay, what method of contacting them did you use?

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

https://www.instagram.com/ebayforsellers/
Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

Kinda looks like you might have taken a break from selling at some point? It's hard to tell, but it looked like there was a gap in your feedback. If that was 90 days (or maybe it's 60 days) or longer, and you're selling fairly high-priced items, I can see why they might be concerned. What information are they asking you for when they do these reviews?

That would not explain back to back to back Security checks. Those are not typically done for the reason you describe. They just hold the funds for a few weeks to make sure all is good with the seller. This is something completely different and very unusual.
I'm trying to get more information as to why this would happen. If I get any, I'll be sure to share it.
What the OP is experiencing is what is often called the Random Security Check. But in this seller's case, it isn't so random.

I called eBay multiple times trying to figure out what sets off this nonsense security checks and no one can answer. My account is in a good standing and selling pattern is always the same. The security check clears in a day or so and it is not much of an issue but it is very very annoying.

This is still so weird. I am trying to get more info, but I haven't heard anything yet. I will share as soon as I hear something.
I would suggest instead of calling Ebay, go to Facebook and contact Ebay. I gave you a link in an earlier post. You may get more info.

I did contact eBay on Facebook and that is what I got (pretty much another run around).
Hi there, Lenny. Thanks for sending us this info here. That looks like our Payments teams were taking a look at your account. We don't have access to that portion of your account here through Facebook

Oh how absolutely frustrating. OK, I'll keep trying to get some info.

Is this still happening or has it resolved?

Just happened again!

OMG, I sure wish that was a bad joke, but I'm sure it isn't. I don't know what to do, I'm not getting any response from who I was trying to contact. But I will keep trying.
