Account problems with new payment system!

Hi:  I am looking for some advice on how to resolve my account problems with the new payment system so would appreciate any advice or assistance that could be offered as to how to resolve the problem:

 

I am a Canadian and have been an Ebayer since 1998 with a USA Ebay account set up with a Florida bank account.  Up until the new changes regarding payments I have never had a problem.

 

I also have a Ebay Canada account set up much later with different information.

 

When the new payment system came into affect because I am Canadian with a Canadian address for some reason my banking information would not go through at all.  I have spent the last month trying to resolve this issue with little or no luck.  I keep getting told that because my USA bank account has a Canadian address it will not process or allow me to set it up to work for me.

 

This is unbelievable as this account has always worked for me in the past with the Canadian address and Ebay has taken & put money into constantly.  So why NOW it is a problem is not understandable at all.

 

On top of that Ebay has tried to link both my Ebay accounts together which I do not want as I prefer to keep them as two single accounts like before.  Which has worked up till the new changes.

 

So was wondering am I the only Canadian having this problem?  If not would appreciate any guidance I could get on resolving this situation.
