What's the deal with the when I access my account through the browser it tells me my funds are available but when I open the app to click to get paid it tells me my funds are on hold. How can the app say one thing, funds on hold. And in the browser when I click on the button about the funds availability it says punch with this transaction are available to be paid out no longer on hold or whatever . I don't get how it can tell me my phones are available when I click on the button to check their availability but yet when I open the app they're still on hold and I can't download them.
