Problem with - billing address

Hello,

I tried to connect Payoneer account to eBay, but I wasted a several hours with the 3rd step (Add your financial info).  Even tho I enter the right information, I got this message "Please ensure that the billing address you entered matches the address on the card."

I tried everything, I changed the information, tried several different options but I've got the same result.

Can anybody help me or guide me how can I resolve this problem?

Important: the name and address info must match exactly on the two accounts, i believe.

You need to contact Payoneer.  They can tell you what the problem might be.  You just logged on to eBay today.  Sometimes it can take time to be approved and then approved by eBay as well.

Same issue here,  the address is same in my ebay and payoneer, but I can not add the credit card in the page "add credit card for selling cost", it showed the warning "Please ensure that the billing address you entered matches the address on the card." I am confused...

I contact ebay online, they can not solve this issue. I ve no idea what I shall do now.

Have you tried reaching out to Payoneer directly? I don’t believe that eBay can assist you with a Payoneer set-up difficulty.  Wish you much good luck and let us know how you fare.

U r right, contacting eBay is useless, I will try payoneer customer service, but I do not think it can work though. I will update here soon.

I called Payoneer's customer service, and they told me it's an issue with the eBay platform, and that I should contact eBay again. I feel like I'm trapped in a loop.

If this is for the card that you need to add on eBay, as the alternate payment method for fees or refunds, then you need to resolve this yourself, on eBay.  eBay can't fix this for you.

You  need to provide a credit or debit card, and you are authorizing payments to be charged to it. The billing address is the address where the card sends your statements to. They will check that the address is correct to verify that you are authorized to use the card. Make sure that you are spelling and formatting the address the same as it is shown on your card statements.

Ya, agreed, but the card information is all correct including the billing address, I ve no idea what I can do now, maybe it is time to say goodbye to ebay... My 10 years ebay account...

I've been trying for 2 months and I couldn't pay the $2.50 fee. I'm tired of it too!
