Can I know about Payoneer transactions on eBay selling? Are they are fair and worthy?

Payoneer is not an accepted payment for buyers,

However, Payoneer is required if you want to sell on eBay so it doesn't matter what our opinion is about Payoneer.

Payoneer is your payment processor not a payment method.  You should read up on payments etc. as well as other policies to be better informed before you start selling.  It is also the only payment method people in your community have in order to sell on Ebay, so you don't really have a choice.  Most seem to be content with it.
