Ummmm, the payment methods a buyer can pay with are in every listing, put there by eBay.
PayPal, PayPal credit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and the seller can pay with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
When you look at a listing on eBay what payment methods do you see?

I think they are asking about receiving payment, not what the buyers use. https://community.ebay.com/t5/Payment-Resources/Were-you-asked-to-link-a-Payoneer-account-for-payout...

Well let me be more clear then. There is only one method for receiving payments after the buyer pays for their item. That would be Payoneer if the seller is in SL.
The buyer can pay using a variety of methods that are shown in every listing. Then eBay takes their fee from the payment and puts the proceeds in the seller's Payoneer account. The seller has no way of knowing which of the accepted methods the buyer pays with.
Here are the accepted methods

I don't know why there is an error to the accepted payments policy link. I copied it from the page it was on.
Maybe someone will post the correct ink to the policy

To Accept? They're on all listing pages. Ebay decides what methods are acceptable.
