@gorapani No, its not yelling, it may be emphasizing strongly or the Caps Lock key is stuck ... when Caps are used in a certain way they "can" be intended to be strongly emphasizing a point ... or "yelling" as some like to call it.
Now, having said all of that, I have been drafting for many many years and when notes are made on drawings historically they are IN ALL CAPS. So, having lettered drawings all my life I actually hand write in all caps faster then using upper and lower case and almost as fast as writing cursive ...
But when it comes to reading things online in ALL CAPS its a little hard ... at least it is for me ..
Mr. L
It is the other way around @mr_lincoln . Certain words capitalized within some written correspondence is to show an emphasis on that word or words. But an entire communication written in capital letters is yelling. See my previous posts with links included.
I hate to say this @mam98031 but the OP's post was certainly not yelling, it was a very, very simple question, they just happen to use all caps. I had the first reply on the thread and the OP replied in all caps to that but were definitely not yelling ... nor did I see an issue of it. Granted, for reading I prefer upper and lower case but if all caps posts are too long I can get through them. I could be wrong in re-reading this thread but there is only one post directed to the OP that mentions that using all caps is like yelling ... for myself, I did not see the need to go there based on what the OP was asking ...
I am pleased that you have developed a good understanding of this member to know one way or the other. However just because it is a simple question my no means that it wasn't yelling as all their posts are in all caps. They have noted themselves as they don't care how others perceive it, they will continue to post in the method they choose. And that is their right.
I am happy you are doing fine and take no issue. That does not mean that anything I said was incorrect. Nor does it mean that what I posted from the internet on the subject is incorrect. A post in all caps denotes yelling. Whether or not the poster is actually yelling isn't the point.
The only thing that makes it worse is trying to read a wall of text in all caps, as it is very hard to read and follow. This particular poster has not done that.

The Summary page for MP is typically accurate. However there is no special section for money on hold due to some Ebay reason for freezing a seller's money. The Hold section that is on the Summary page is only for Claims and the funds held in relationship to them. So it will show under Available Funds but with no next Paydate indicated.
Would the eBay CS representative be able to see whether a sellers funds were on some kind of administrative hold while they were on the phone with the seller?
I do not know. I've never seen what screens are available to any given CSR. I think it is reasonable to think they can, but then they can also see other things and frequently still get things wrong. The threads are full of just such stories.
If you are not trying to switch gears and say because a CSR tells you something it must be correct, I can't agree with that as there is way too much proof to the contrary. But you are entitled to whatever opinion you want to take away from that.

But you ARE!
It's like on The Dick van Dyke Show: "Can you tell the difference between this tone, and THIS ONE??"

Thank you for saying it so well!!

You are 100% correct that anyone has the right to whatever opinion they want to have on any subject.
However, the way you went about phrasing that is 100% wrong...in my opinion.
Have a nice remainder to the weekend.

I am not going to continue selling things until I know what is going on. I have been on the phone with them 11 times in 3 days. I'm currently on hold while they speak with the IT dept.

I have never gone over 20k in sales, so I have never had to file. The goobermint is going after people that have a side hustle. It is not going to end well for anybody.

Actually @stemaje_25 you were supposed to file all along but made the decision not to. I'm sure one of the reasons the Government lowered the 1099K threshold is to make sure ALL Sellers selling at least $ 600 annually are reporting their income, not just those above the old 20K level ...

WHAT? Are you saying you never reported your income to IRS for money paid on this site or others?
You are aware that the Thresholds on a 1099K is a threshold for that SPECIFIC IRS FORM. It does not represent a threshold of when you are to report your income. Millions of people earn their money by other forms and the 1099K ONLY represents money from internet sales.
You consider $20k a side hustle? Some that is a year's income.
IRS has NOT MINIMUM requirement as to when you are suppose to report ALL your income, side hustle or NOT. So if you sold $100 worth of stuff here or $20,000, you are suppose to report your income.
Next year IRS has dropped the thresholds on 1099Ks to $600.
If you are ONLY selling stuff like you have owned for awhile, there are rules to help you. Hopefully you are keeping complete records.
