rated and peruses it, I would work with the seller to make it right,

I love it when I can talk to a buyer, especially if it involves
electronic. You have about 60 days to return if you do not like it. But
doing that too many times means future cases may not go in your favor.
Research the item before you purchase. : )
So if it is broken open a return but be aware that you could only be
issued 50% of the value of the unit if the seller thinks that you caused
the damage and they are top rated. Be sure that it is not user error and
they mentioned nothing about a batt...
