We received the Oder in time, but moving the box around a little you could hear rattling inside the box. One of the doors broken off, the other one did not close easily. We contacted the seller to see if they would refund partial purchase price. We told him the out side box and the item box were not damaged. He wrote back and suggested we go to the post office and lodge a complaint. We replied to his email but have not heard back from him. He now has another model listed using the same pictures he used to sell the one we bought.
