The selling fees are based on TOTAL amount of sale which is selling price + shipping charges + sales tax.

Pretty much what it always has been, even when Paypal managed the payments. Paypal was 10% + 2.9% +.30. So Ebay is marginally cheaper. However, as stated befre, that is on the TOTAL amount of the sale, sell price + shipping + sales tax. You have to figure your costs into the price when you list. I sell my items cheaper locally but when they go to ebay I add 15% to cover it all.

Yep, $68 FVF looks right for a total transaction of $545.00, without knowing the sales tax % the buyer paid.
