ebay is a scam !!! after 5 days being passed arround by the monkey from csr arrived to another monkey pass me to another then to another then got passaed to the same monkey and since they could mot resolve my issue to add bank acc resolved they suspend my account ... what a joke ... people are thing of the pass now we talk with monkeys soon with robots ... 

oes ebay have any responsable person or management is the same ?

I've certainly never been passed around from monkey to monkey, but admittedly... I do choose to use the eBay Reps beginning with a message on the eBay facebook page. Quick, two way, intelligent (email) communications.

You may be passed on to another Rep (who can handle your issue better) and you have the option to escalate your issue to higher-ups. These Reps actually have the training and resources to offer good Customer Service. Try that.

You  are in Portugal.  Do you want Ebay in Europe? If yes, you have reached the ebay USA boards.  Contacting ebay via Facebook is still possible.  Before you do that, make sure that the bank you want to use is OK with Ebay. Also your real name on the account, the bank name and your ID must match exactly.  You can't be Jose Jones in 1 and Joseph Jones in another one.  Goodluck.
