Hello! When I am using my saved listing templates, I cannot get the template to save the time I would like to start an auction. For example, I like most of my auctions to start on Sundays at 7:00 pm PST and run for 7 days. The template will save all of the other information I input, but whenever I update the scheduled time and start using the template, the schedule start time is always very strange, such as the following the Monday or Tuesday at 2:00 am PST.
It's not a huge deal to have to change the schedule start time every time I list an item, but with it being a template, it is few less clicks I would like to make, especially when I am taking a day to list a lot of items. And a couple of times, I have missed the am/pm feature, and the auction starts at a strange time.
Thank you in advance for any help given.

Hey @timebandittrove . How long ago did you create the templates? If it's an old template it can get buggy, just like old listings or new listings created by using 'sell similar' from old listings can get buggy.
I created a brand new template from scratch just now, was able to save a sched start time, and that time 'stuck' when I used the template to create a listing.

Hi @wastingtime101 Thanks for your reply! I made most of the templates in May or June 2023, a few more recently. I made one yesterday and it did the same with the scheduled start time. But it's good to know your templates save the listing time correctly. Funny that I have this strange anomaly 😆 but I did find a solution once I started paying attention to the pattern.
After I posted the question, I started marking the time I entered vs. the time that would show when I would actually opened the template to use it. For some reason my templates would always jump seven hours ahead of the time I set in the template. I went back into the template I was working with and adjusted the time to start at Sunday at 12:00 pm, and voila! my template now saved the time as Sunday at 7:00 pm.
I use an iMac with Ventura 13.5 and use Chrome as the web browser while I work on eBay (just in case someone else gets this weird glitch too and checks the forum). Not sure if any of this factors into me getting wonky auction time on my templates, but adjusting for that seven-hour jump solved it.

So strange @timebandittrove . At least you were able to pinpoint a work around solution for the time being.
I suggest reporting the issue to CS. Most issues won't be looked into unless CS gets a lot of reports. By reporting you are not only supporting yourself, but supporting other sellers that may have contacted CS. 😀
Personally I'd go through CS on social (send a DM to askebay on twitter or ebayforbusiness on facebook) for a problem like this because you have the ability to add screenshots.
However using chat (type agent in the chat box) or requesting a callback are both available options: https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4002&st=10
Thanks for posting the work-around. If other sellers report this I'll advise them to check if 7 hours is a pattern for them.
FYI to @eburtonlab - good info in OP's post above in case you see others reporting this.

I meant to reply to this weeks ago! Sorry @wastingtime101 . Thanks so much for the feedback input. I will alert eBay. Thanks again for your time. I really appreciate it 😀
