A refund was issued to a buyer due to item did not arrive in the, time ebay posted,.When I contracted buyer she advised that the tiem did finally arrive and she wanted to cancel the requst but we did not know if we could or how to,wpould greatly appreciate any help with this....thks lm

If they already have the refund given them your PayPal address and have them repay that way. Or they can send you a check or money order.

I sell loose dvds games for 2.75 don't refund want defect removed...lm

I understand but the buyer was able to get a refund. You need to have tracking showing you shipped within your handling time and it was delivered by the expected delivery date. That didn't  happen so I doubt eBay will remove the defect. If you or the buyer escalates a case or asks for help that's a guarantee you get a defect for having a case  unresolved by the seller.

You could contact them and ask.
