I need to sell my pc on ebay, where I can find necessary instructions, shipping costs, etc. for selling an item like this, I never sold or bought anything before 🫥🫥 any guidance will be appreciated 👏

Sell it locally for cash.

There is more demand in Sri Lanka for pcs than there is worldwide.

And between shipping costs and fraud you are very likely to end up with neither money nor computer.

ලෝකයේ pcs වලට වඩා ලංකාවේ ඉල්ලුම වැඩියි.

Have you signed on for managed payments via Payoneer?  You cannot just create an account and start selling.  That's a good way to become suspended.  Go to this link and sign up for managed payments.  You'll have to be approved by them and then also approved by eBay which can take up to 30 days.

As others have advised, an item like what you want to sell is a high scam item.  For a laptop or any high end electrical items, sell them locally for cash...its the best way all around.
