Hi, I'd like to sell some Xbox Game Pass Ultimate activation codes, and eventually some Games in general. How exactly am I able to do this? I have no physical cards so these would be strictly digital.

As others have said eBay has very strict rules for the sale of digital items, so does Microsoft and they do not allow the sale of those codes per their usage rules.

They aren't yours to sell.  Read the fine print for the user agreements.
