Unfortunately, if the issue is the war in your location as speculated, then you will probably just have to wait until the situation there (including postal service) has stabilized.

I see this is a new account. Do you have a payment method setup to receive seller payouts from eBay? 

Also as @lacemaker3 stated above, there could be a temporary hold on sales transactions coming from Israel.  

For sure, eBay has temporarily suspended shipping to Israel.

My heart goes out to you. Israel is currently a blocked country of eBay.

I have some great buyers...now they are unable to purchase from me.
