. I see my listings charging $70. I have just one policy and it is free shipping. How can I resolve this problem?

Your listings seem to be offering free shipping to every country except the United States.  Try revising your policy.

You may have intended to list with free shipping (meaning YOU will pay for shipping, not the buyer) but you didn't set the shipping as "free" shipping.
