search results, sort function

why can i longer select lowest or highest price. if i search with lowest price + post and packing.  It does not show lowest price first or highest. about 3/4 of the way down the page they are hidden away. **bleep**. it’s wasting my life away. any clues whats going on ?

thanks in advance.

Re: search results, sort function

That change happened a couple of months back.

eBay monitors hese things and follow how people "sort".

Re: search results, sort function

thank you Mr.Elmwood,

my phone gave all options but not the ipad[which i have only owned 6 weeks]. Then the ipad had it too for a couple of weeks then last week sometime they both took a step back. most things i search for like a harley or a truck, do not get posted . it makes ebay useless to me.

thanks again.

Re: search results, sort function

eBay has transitioned from, ahem, "old fogeys" to millennials. I, sadly, am the former so I share your pain.

They go where the money is.

Re: search results, sort function

I couldn't imagine buying a vehicle on Ebay with a phone. Maybe on a laptop but I want to see the pictures on a full size computer screen.

Re: search results, sort function

I am surprised eBay still does vehicle listings. They do not make much, if any money, from them. Maybe keeping it as a "loss leader"? eBay is the world's #1 site for vehicle parts, has been for a long time. Brand extension?

Re: search results, sort function

I'm spending $100 to $118 on each car I list and large dealers have monthly accounts at over $1,000. There are 72,000 car listings currently and if you figure they are worth at least $50 each on average per month, that's over $3 million a month revenue. Vehicle listing ain't going anywhere.
