Return policy

Hi All,

I am having issue with this company. I purchased 2 no Jaguar Air Front struts from them in July of this year.

These where installed in August and by the end of August one failed.

I reported too the company that one had failed and they said. We need confirmation which I got a garage to confirm that the unit had failed. This was not good enough to this company they wanted a film taken of a Electric test done on the unit. This was done. And sent to this company.

They agreed that they would replace this part as long as I paid the postage.  For which I said there was no way too pay unless I got a Invoice or some method to pay. They said pay to Hotmail mail address. With no means other just a hotmail address.

I have said that I clearly wanted a method of paying them £25 for postage of another strut. All emails have been ignored.

I would also point out that the Sites on ebay with a similar name . Look at their storage address all these differing sites are based in the same town.

Re: topclass-autoparts Return policy

The seller was stringing you along to take you past eBay's 30 day MBG.  At the most eBay would  require a picture of what you received. If you paid by credit card file a chargeback with  your card company.
