How do I check to see if a order number is good or if I got scammed

Do you see the item in your purchase history, or did you buy it on eBay, doing a search? If not, then more than likely you got scammed.

I want to find order numbers too. cannot find an ebay search that does that, paypal is equally useless.

If you bought something on eBay, what does it show in your purchase history? How long ago did you buy it? If the item was not bought from an eBay listing, the people here nor eBay can be much help. We are buyers and sellers, not eBay employees. For better help if bought on eBay, suggest you ask your own question, starting a new topic/post with more information about what is going on.
