Can anyone identify this Harley Davidson gas tank?

I have searched for hours on the web, but cannot even find a picture. What makes it unique, is the single mounting tab on the rear of the tank. The tanks that were close had dual tabs on the rear of the tank located on each side. I am looking for a replacement tank just like this.

How do you know it is an OEM tank and not an aftermarket?

I have seen plenty of tanks with the single tab on the rear of the tank but they are all without the dual caps and only have gas fill in center of tank. I think it is a unicorn. Haven’t been able to find one exactly the same. Please help find one. Factory or aftermarket doesn’t matter to me as long as it fits the frame and mounts correctly. Perhaps this is a tank for an American Motors Hornet from 1973?

Oh yes, correct!  Yes, a diesel Harley.  How did I ever miss that one?

Do I also see a provision for a "check engine" light?

I was watching an episode of Sons of Anarchy the other night. They showed a custom Harley in one scene that I swear had this type tank on it.
