What is the ugliest motorcycle ever to come out of a factory?

pops5432-n Please enlighten me. What OTHER make did H-D copy the Superglide/Lowrider/Electra-Glide/Fat Boy/etc. "style" from. Just in case you missed it, I specifically referred to metric "cruisers", not old H-D's.

donemoto, I think you were looking for SOCHIRO.. and the 150 was a BENLY or BENLEY.

Many motor designs pre 05 were based on the deDION BOUTON engine. the Harley was but not Indian.

Although they looked awesome, riding one for any distance was pretty ugly: Kawasaki Triples, 500 or 750. Had a 500 that 'wasn't running very well', fixed it in about 10 minutes. Went Zero to 60 in about 5 seconds, getting up to 80 took another minute ;o} Took it to a Beach Boys concert in 1976 that was 150 miles away, big mistake..... next day, I felt like someone grabbed my ankles and dragged me down the steps of one of those Inca pyramids on my keester. Probably a good thing I never got a widowmaker. I sold the 500 after I had it for only about a month, went over and lovingly hugged my Norton, promising never to be unfaithful again ( never say never ) Bryon

Nope-nope ladies and gentlemen. The ugliest bike ever to roll off any factory production line is: The recent BMW R1200 C Cruiser. Geez, what the Hell were the German's thinking??!!
