Simple contest for the summer months. In Kim's Place album there is a picture of a tool. This is a two part question. 1. What is its proper name? 2. What is it used for? The prize is a rather expensive Bar Mills Models laser kit for Mooneys Plumbing. The Billboard and fences shown are included along with a bag of metal castings. You have the choice of building it yourself or having me build it for you. Deadline is midnight ebay time on Labor Day, September 3, 2007. Only one entry per person will be allowed and both questions must be answered correctly in that one entry. Take your time. First correct posting wins in case of a tie. Have fun! TheContestFadda

Since I'm not a member of any other group I have no idea who or what you are talking about. If you mean the old N scale group, Neville banned me from that group a long time ago and I never bothered to try to rejoin. OG is a lot more friendly and has a lot fewer egos, if you know what I mean. B-)

Yes I do. There always seems to be a small minority trying to control the group and want to complain when someone else does something. They were kissing the ego of the former leader and getting to control most things. That was and is my impression of THAT GROUP. Lou

So I guess I should join up again. But why? This group has more character and participation and fun. Maybe now that Barry is the leader things may pick up. BTW, how are things in the 160 group Gene? B-)

Is that the group you got me to join and that had no participation? I removed myself from that group. If it is the collector group I never did join that one. I do collect stuff but not on purpose! Gene

Gene, That was the defunct DCC group you joined. It never got off the ground and I thought it had potential. The 160 group is all about collectibles in N scale. Neville banned me from that group too. Ego problems I guess. B-)
