Got one magnet glued in place. Beings I have 5 min epoxy I should get a few done tonite.
Hope to rework the indust park saturday. Need to pull up couple tracks and relay for a better arrangement for industries. One track I'm thinking of having it appear to go beyond the layout for that "rest of the indust park that doesn't actually exist" look.
One indust lead I'm leaving and putting in a loco shed for indust park switchers (2 SW9s)

Funny but when we designed the new HO layout for the club we nixed the magnet idea. We found that they were never just quite in the right place and unless the couplers themselves were perfect, uncoupling was hit and miss. We therefore use skewers for uncoupling anywhere on the layout. Also in N scale, some locos tend to bump the magnets. Then there is the surprise of unintentional uncoupling. But it's your layout.
BTW, Dave, did you see the last issue of CRM yet?

Haven't made much progress on my layout but a lot on George's. Last year Carstens On30 Annual had a boxcar made. You could sign up to have it shipped to you so it could run on your layout. I signed up and it arrived today from Germany yet. It has been all over the place. The idea is to take some pictures of the car on your layout to be sent Carstens I guess for publication in a future Annual. There is one more guy after me and then it goes back to Carstens, Time to warm up the camera.......

Working on a background model for the shelf in the den where the trolly goes back and forth. It is another Bar Mills kit for the Shipyard Brewery. Pictures later when finished.

Got a 3D drawing of a small goofy shaped passenger station from 1917 photos drawn up:
It is oddly shaped and the roof has a kind-of twist to it from the change in building width causing a change in roof pitch... It was a western Maryland Railway passenger station in Luke, Maryland.
All the best.

If the above enbeded code thing does not work:

Pete,
Are you going to make up some custom reefer cars with the brewery name on it?
All the best,
Charles
