update for access to ebay

If you're working on an outdated device that no longer supports current versions of the eBay app, you should be able to access eBay through a web browser on your device.

If you're on iOS 15 you should still be able to get a version of the app that will run on your device. Follow these instructions from eBay:

1. Delete your eBay app.
2. Go to the App Store, search for eBay.
3. When you download it you will see this alert, tapping download should allow you to get a version that will run on your device.

You will have to run that old version, until it stops running or some function which the latest app has is necessary. Plan on replacing your aged iPad before that happens.
