I must have tried to contact an agent 3-4 dozen times by using the screen sharing.I have screen shots to prove this .I have waited as long as 1:49 minutes.Never has an agent connected with me .Has anyone else encountered this issue ?
A better question “ has anyone EVER contacted an ebay customer service agent through the screen sharing app?Go go setting then general and the option to screen share is third from the bottom .

This button is only used when customer support asks you to share your screen. You cannot connect to customer support through the screen sharing option.

What is the correct way to contact the help team for EBay app support? I’m experiencing a issue for the first time, where a “pay now” notification will not clear and PayPal will not complete payment. I was forced to use my desktop PC to complete my purchase.
I deleted the app twice, signed out and back in five or six times, restarted my iPhone three times, then very specifically, signed out of the app, deleted the app, restarted my iPhone, reinstalled the app, then signed in, and the fault remains. This fault is not present on the Desktop. I read in a forum, that “sometimes”, after you leave feedback for the purchase, the “pay now” notification fault will clear.
I’ve seen this before , where “pay now” will not clear after payment, however it always cleared in a few hours. It’s been about 24 hours now.
Suggestions please…

Can you please take a screen shot of where the Pay Now is stuck on your app and email it to us at iosfeedback@ebay.com
