Does anyone know why my recently viewed items list was cut in half? It started late last night, and it seems it doesn't hold more than 38 items now... I lost a good 40 items I was debating on purchasing... It has continued all day, and is EXTREMELY frustrating! I reached out to eBay with no help received at all.

Try viewing your Recently Viewed items in a browser; I currently see 74 items using either a browser or the eBay app. It was 73, but I viewed an additional item, and it appeared on the list as it should.

Possibly you cleared the list at some point, or some of the items you previously viewed have expired off the site or have been removed.

Try adding items you are considering to your Watch List (up to 400 items) or another list (200 items each) if you are using a desktop browser. Or add an item to your cart and then "Save for Later" (100 last time I checked)

That's not the problem. It is showing the same thing on my PC browser and I already know about how to do everything else you described, and I didn't clear half of my list. This is a system error. Thanks anyway.

Also, it is deleting my oldest viewed item at around 40, just like it would when I had 100 previously viewed items. I have no idea what is going on with their system with my account, but this is EXTREMELY frustrating.

Wow! I did not know anyone actually used that list. The ONLY reason I ever select it is to "clear all" and consider it to be one of Ebay's most annoying features even if only had a capacity of 1 item. Clear it at least every time I logout. I would rejoice if mine disappeared entirely.

Nevertheless, it is a feature I find annoying and could easily live without it. There should be an option to delete it entirely on one's individual account.

It has happened to me, late 30th Nov. 2021. I used to have up to 100 items in Recently Viewed.

It is a function I use all the time, every day, it is useful to me, and I want it to remain please!!

I also want it to function properly, without losing 70 of the 100 items I have been perusing.

No matter what I do it is only saving 30 items now. To say I'm annoyed - understatement.

It is Christmas soon, I have no room in my brain for all the things/ gifts I have viewed.

This is one of the many reasons why I like and use the Recently Viewed function.

My Watch List is full and I don't want to have to write EVERYTHING down! :0/

Please fix this issue - I cannot be the only person 1st Dec. 2021 that's mad!
