link to item in purchase history does not work

I am not able to get product information of an item in purchase history. There is a correct picture of the item in the page containing the list of previously purchased items. But the link to that specific item and its associated product information or the purchase details are deactivated. That is, the link doesn't work when I click on the item. Any suggestions?

Try using a browser. You may find that a particular listing has been changed since your purchase; if so, there should be a link to the original listing.

If the listing ended more than ninety days ago or if eBay has removed the listing, you may no longer be able to see it, though.
