iPhone X IOS 13.1.3 App won’t load and can’t download from App Store

Since upgrading to IOS 13.1.3 ebay app is one of many that won’t work.

Have deleted but can’t download again from App Store, wheel just turns then App Store app crashes

Same problem here...very frustrating.

I checked a few sources before moving to iOS 13...plenty of other apps won’t open or get stuck, what’s the go #apple

Same issue with iPhone 11 and current app. Was working fine on iPhone se and iOS 13. Wired. Did the same fixes with no result.

Please uninstall the app, restart your phone, and then reinstall the app.

Let us know if that doesn't work.

Have iPhone 6s. Tried deleting and re-installing app but won’t work
