I am having a constant issue with the 2 inch, right side, section of iPad display. I had trouble finding a similar issue here in the community forum. Is this similar or same to your issue? The right side shown is not functional and only overlays what should be displayed. If I swipe from bottom up, I can get it to go away. It can take several swipes AND is only temporarily gone. I contacted eBay, supplied screen prints, following suggestions for fixing but no success. eBay was not aware of any other users experiencing this same bug but they said they will submit to programmers for review. The issue only occurs within eBay App, no other apps, therefore I conclude it is eBay app issue. I hope it gets fixed soon. See screen below.
