iOS watched items ending no notifications

Hi I’m not receiving watched item end notifications form the eBay app iOS. I’ve tried uninstalling the app signing in and out and toggling on and off notifications in the settings but still not receiving them! 
many ideas regards

Im not getting them on PC tonight...I got nothing for a few auctions that 9 and 15 watchers.

And I was outbid on a guitar  - no item ending notice - no outbid notice.

I think my phone did get the ending soon notice...but Im using the PC tonight
