This happens in our iPad with WiFi.
This happened for all the accounts of the family. Everybody at home has her own account. The accounts are:

I read all the messages in the board about this topic. Some claims there is a solution, but it does not work.
We cannot access our accounts, so we cannot communicate with buyers. Therefore this cannot be considered just a software bug because it is is affecting negatively the customer experience. This open problem is not solved for more than 2 years, and is directly affecting the eBay customers.

Are you able to sign in to an account using a browser instead of the eBay app?

3 months have passed since my report, and the problem persists.
I still receive the same error "You have exceeded the daily limit ..." every other day. It blocks the account for 24h for no known reason.
This open problem is not solved for more than 2 years, and is directly affecting the eBay customers.
Customers cannot buy, and sellers are forced to delay their shipments because they cannot access to the their account.
