iOS app won’t change return address on labels

The USPS label printer is stuck on an old return address. The new address is ignored when I reinput it.

I’m trying to print a return label and the address it’s making me pick is an old address that’s not even in my address list anymore. It won’t let me change it. I can’t approve the request if the app doesn’t use common sense

Trying changing your return address first, then do the label.

Same issue. When I try to ship something and create a label directly through my eBay app, it makes my return address an old address. Won’t let me change it. I’ve removed that address everywhere on my account including PayPal.

Has this been addressed? My issue is that when I ship an item, it puts in an old address as my return address. Won’t let me change it.

I have been trying to get mine changed for 6 months . I have talked to eBay , PayPal and eBay shipping and I still can’t get it changed. I was told by some one on eBay that it would be ok to leave it . That if I had a return they have my correct address and the would have to go threw them . I do hope they get it fix soon .

This should be working better in the latest app update. Can you please upgrade to the 6.7 update and let us know if you are still unable to change return address in the shipping label section of the app.
