Using the iOS app I have found that I always have a red item under Selling on my eBay screen on the app. When you click on it, it takes you to the Selling screen and there is no items to ship. I sell multiple items a day and after I ship everything out, it still shows that there is one more. I have verified on the desktop version that there is nothing to ship and 1 item still shows up on the app. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling. I have tried waiting days for it to clear and the 1 item still remains in red. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this.
