There is no longer the ability to change which payment method within the PayPal selection. May as well be useless if can only pick the default PayPal payment. Please fix! Literally use that for every payment.

You may have inadvertently selected eBay's "Express Checkout" which saves your eBay checkout settings and applies them automatically the next time you check out.

PayPal has a similar feature called "One-Touch" which may also have been enabled.

Once you sign into PayPal when you go to checkout you will have the option to select the payment method from the PayPal screen.
