ebay app stuck on Promote Listing

each time i list an item the Promote Listing button stays stuck on the Promote button; i have to power off my phone to get past it.  I have uninstalled the App and reinstalled it.  

Any ideas?  Is this an ebay app issue?

Happens to me too. I did an iPhone update and deleted and reinstalled the app. Seems to be a bug.
