Hi, i recently downloaded the app! I saved to receive notifications when new items are listed and i am not receiving any notifications! I have deleted the app and reinstalled and still the same
I'm not receiving any notifications either. I get Paypal notifications but no EBay notifications/alerts on my phone. For example, I received a bid on an auction... nothing... no alert on my phone. Probably an iOS 12 bug.
Thanks for the posts. Could you please sign out of the app and sign back in. Then go to My eBay> Settings>Notifications and toggle the main switch off, wait 10 seconds and then toggle it back on.
I did something similar before reading this post. I signed out of the app and logged back in and have since seen my notification alerts start working again.
