eBay not opening since update

Since the last eBay update the logo has disappeared from the icon and it is displaying as Null. I can’t delete or uninstall the app, it won’t update and I cannot open it. Very frustrating! Any advice?

I am also having the same problems with the update. Also when I try to change from auction to buy it now it doesn't let me and then it freezes.
