Cannot find the app on my phone

 Why does my eBay app not show on my iPhone 6? Then when I go to the App Store and search eBay it goes to open. Open means it’s already on my phone. When I open it it goes right to an account that is not mine.???

Thanks for posting. Can you go to My ebay>settings and sign out? It sounds like the app is already on. your phone. If you search your phone for eBay do you find the app?

Can you please post a screenshot of my eBay from the app. You can also emai it to us if that is easier iosfeedback@ebay.com
