I have been buying on eBay for yrs. but eBay hZ changed and NOT! for the better! eBay use to have your back as a buyer but sadly that's no longer the case, they don't respond to messages, and FORGET!!!trying to call them!! I TRIED!!! FOR DAYS!!!! but on a good day? I got a recoding that hung up on me! So after I'm done hassling with this seller, and I will lose money! Sorry to say! I have made my LAST!! Purchase on eBay and will close my account and say good! Riddance to eBay

Hello, well it started out just buying a part for my Nissan Rouge, I ordered 1 part but when I checked the order details, I saw he was billing me for 2! One of the parts was for a car I don't even own! I tried telling him all of this but it did not seem to bother him, I received the items 2 boxes. NO! Labels. Nothing to indicate which part was for the rogue or the Altima, they were very badly! Packed and broken! eBay is going to bill me for return postage even though I did NOT!! ORDER the item I'm returning, I can't talk to anyone at eBay NO **bleep** PHONE NUMBER I tried for days. When this is over? I'm done with ebay

All purchases are backed by eBay’s 30 day money back guarantee regardless of seller’s return policy. Just submit a “Not as described” return request on the Purchases page and you are all set…the seller has to send you a pre-paid postage label. Once you send the items back, you will get your full refund including postage, if applicable. At any point you need help, select the option to ask eBay to step in if seller is not responsive.

Go to your "Purchases" page, and find your order.
On the right hand side of the screen, click on "More actions" in the column of blue boxes (where it reads "View order details" and "View similar items").
Scan down to "Return this item," and click on it. Check the box that reads "Received wrong item".
The seller is required to send you FREE shipping labels to return the items. If the seller doesn't respond in a few days, notify eBay via the email follow-up notification that they will send you, and eBay will force the seller to refund.
There is no need to phone the eBay "Help & contact" line, as they will repeat the same information, if you are able to get through to them in the first place.

Sellers can only bill for what was bought from the listing. An invoice generated through eBay by the seller, would have only been for the item in the listing they can't just Willy-Nilly add things to it. If buying more than one item from the same seller, you could have received an invoice for all the items, but still you would have either had them in your cart or bought those items.
Do both items appear in your purchase history?

Is there a reason you would not simply open an item not as described case, per eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers?

No answer from eBay, no reply to messages! In short. Nothing from eBay,which is the reason after this hassle with this seller is over, I will also be over with eBay
