Go the app store in your device.  Once there, type EBAY and you will see it. Then download it.

What kind of phone do you have? What operating system version?

Try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your phone, and then install the latest version.

If that does not work, try using a browser to reach ebay.com instead of the app.

Why would the solution to getting the app to work be to use a browser? This is a widespread issue that the mobile app will not connect no matter what you tell us to do

If a user is unable to get the app to work on a particular device, it is still possible to use a mobile browser to reach eBay.
