I just wasted 20 minutes “chatting” online with customer support. I can’t leave feedback for items I’ve purchased, the option isn’t available for several items. The screen drops constantly, it’s split down the middle in a weird way. The person provided no answers for my problems, suggested it was a “cache and cookies” problem- maybe, she was guessing. I have made hundreds of purchases on eBay through the years. Their complete lack of help using their website is unbelievable. Hate this new format, hate their customer support.
