This new format is completely screwed up. The screen freezes or just drops, it’s impossible to leave good feedback, the option isn’t even available on some of my purchases. I wasted 20 minutes “chatting” online with customer service. Received zero help on these issues, suggested it was a problem on my end. I’ve spent thousands of dollars and made hundreds of purchases on eBay, pretty sure I’m not the problem here. I was angrier after trying to get help from customer service, so save yourself from that misery.
