When you click on the list button, it comes up but there’s not anywhere to type in your item that you’re selling. What is this? It’s frustrating.

If you are using a high screen magnification setting, try lowering it to 100% or less to see if that makes a difference for you.

Did you make sure your app is up to date?

I looked in my setting it’s a SDR setting. I don’t think it’s high screen. Thanks..

I believe the app is up to date I can’t see any updates for eBay. I talked to Verizon and they found where people with iPhone 16 are having this issue. Sounds like eBay needs to fix the app. So I guess I will try to list thru chrome. What a hassle… ugh…

"it happens if you have your iPhone display set to ZOOM / Larger Text under display settings with the latest iOS and/or new eBay app."
Change your setting from "zoom" to "default" and let us know if that fixes it.

It may also be affected by using high contrast text or some other setting like that that affects the size of the display by putting outlines around text -- try dropping the size down a couple of notches and see if that makes any difference.

I am having the same problem.
I have used that very same, blue, list an item button at least 20,000 times.
Now it takes me to a dead page.
It does not allow me to go back, nothing is clickable any where on the page except for the cancel button.

That is my exact problem. I started having issues with this app after I got the iPhone 16 pro max. Now I can’t list at all thru the app it’s such a hassle!! No one seems to know the answer. Asked for help thru eBay and I have heard nothing! So disappointing ….

Try changing your screen magnification or text size to a lower setting.
If that does not help, try listing using a browser instead of the app.

Well, all my iphone settings are set to default.
I don’t use anything other than the app to list, it is the way that I have things set up. This has been my prodigal for many years.
I am a graphic artist, it appears to me, that there is an issue with a broken link in the app for some users. When list an item button is used it takes you to a dead page.
Its not a user issue, it an app issue, it started after the last app update.
I will just use sell similar to list.
Perhaps ebay will fix the broken link soon. Who knows.

Update your app. I checked using the new app version released yesterday and it looks like eBay rolled out a fix.

Yes!!!! I saw that.
The list button had a broken link for most of last week. I checked for updates in the app store a few hours ago, my phone had not pushed the update yet, probably because it was just released on Saturday, when I opened the app inside the app store, it did indeed have an update available, applying the update worked!! It fixed the link and I can now list with the list an item button.
