If you are having problems listing using the eBay app, try lowering your screen magnification to see if that helps.
Or try listing using a browser instead.

Update your app. I checked using the new app version released yesterday and it looks like eBay rolled out a fix.

Are you using Android or iOS? Listing page - is that the page where you see all your listings or where you create a new one?
