eBay app issue

I got the new iphn 16 pro max and now my eBay doesn’t work. I can’t get in only on safari

anyone else have that issue

What operating system are you using?

What version number of the app do you have now?

Any difference if you uninstall the eBay app, restart your phone, then install the latest version of the app from the App Store?

Hi @khhesam - being on a device that has access to the latest iOS and eBay app updates, you should be able to get on just fine.

If rebooting your phone and making sure your app and iOS are both up-to-date does not work, come back and explain exactly what "eBay doesn't work" means.

Error message? Page freezing? Actions taken? Able to sign in? etc.

As there have not been other reports yet of iPhone 16 Pro Max users unable to access the app this week, we need info to diagnose the problem.
