Ebay app not working on iphone 13

App doesnt work on iphone 13 you put your password in and username then says something went wrong . Tried numerous things and still wont work removed app re downloaded it . The app is ebay. Com  not sure if it should be co. Uk and maybe thats why it wont login

iPhone 13 is compatible with the latest version of iOS and the latest eBay app, so it's not a compatibility issue.

Did you make sure your OS was up to date and did you reboot your phone?

Can you see when your device had access to the latest app release? It could be an issue with the latest release.

Generally I offer advice to shake your device to file a tech report. Not sure if the app will let you do that if you're not able to log in - try it anyway. If you can't, then go to the website and click the ? icon on the lower right to file a tech report - specify the app version on that report.

In the meantime, you can access eBay from your browser until the app is working.

Thanks for reply my phone had a security update and fixes  I've updated that  removed eBay app re download it and tried with my username and password . Yet still says something went wrong.  But i can login on google with my username and password.

OK -  do that for now (use a web browser), but make sure to report the tech error and hopefully the next app update (they usually come once/week) will include a fix.
