eBay app expired and won't open

eBay app won't open and a message appears saying that it has expired. When I go to the App Store it says I have already downloaded the app and try's to open it again only to receive the same expired message. Going around in a circle. Tried turning off and on again and sIll the same. 😖

 I too am having the same issue. I am not going to go out and purchase a new iPad just to install eBay app. Does anybody know a workaround?

Works fine on computer. But amazon dropped E-Bay app and I can not open it. Same problem as this  person. Takes me in circles even loads app but will not open . I think E-bay and Amazon need to work this problem out together.
