eBay Phone App changes

Why? Seriously why? I’m trying to run a business here. I don’t care about drafts, feedback and promotions! I now have a task bar that says “all caught up” but I have 50+ items to ship out and I have to click through 3 screens to get to what used to be upfront. I have 27,000 active listings, I don’t have time to play bells and whistles that “wow” the hobby seller with 200 items. Make it customizable like the seller hub and let me choose what is on my main screen. I care about what I need to ship and what items have bids for my auction listings. Everything else I do on my laptop using the hub.

I’m not, 95% of my stuff goes in an envelope with a stamp. It’s why all my listings are free shipping, it’s just a default from when I sold only books. I can’t even print a media label even if I wanted to because eBay has it blocked as an option in the categories I have my items listed in.

What I don't like about the App is that once the sellers open the item, they must then open two additional links to fully learn about the item  -- "About this item" and "See Full Description"

Has ebay has ever compared the rate of returns Desktop vs. App sales? I would put money on the App.

Re: eBay Phone App changes

Although Ebay seems to wish to make sure buyers can use the mobile apps to buy, the history of the mobile apps for sellers seem to suggest that Ebay still believes a desktop computer is required to be a successful seller running a business on Ebay.

Ebay also seems to believe that sellers who put a stamp on an envelope to ship are not deserving of first class treatment, hence their inability to qualify for Top Ranked Seller status.

With 16k sales you should be worth more to Ebay.
